About These Terms

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of https://www.kidley.com (the “Website”), including browsing, account registration, product purchases, reviews, customer support and related services.

The Website is operated by Ambi Knit Pvt. Limited, a private limited company trading under the brand name “Kidley”, with its registered office at 54, Guru Vihar, Rahon Road, near Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana – 141007, Punjab, India (“Kidley”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order. If a minor views the Website, the Website and any purchase must be used or completed under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian.

Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information and for keeping your login credentials, OTPs and account access secure. Activities completed through your account will be treated as authorised by you unless you notify us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.

We may request reasonable verification before changing account information, processing a high-risk transaction or responding to a request involving personal data or account credit.

Website Use

The Website is provided for personal and lawful shopping purposes. You must not interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means, impersonate another person, place fraudulent orders, misuse promotions, or use the Website in a manner that violates any law or another person’s rights.

We may restrict access, suspend an account, cancel a transaction or take other reasonable action where we detect fraud, misuse, security risk or a breach of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Product Information and Size Guidance

We work to present product names, descriptions, measurements, colours, images, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting and manufacturing variations may cause minor differences in colour or appearance. Product measurements and size charts are guidance; fit may vary by style, fabric and body shape.

Customers should review the product details and size chart before ordering. Where a size issue occurs, the exchange and return options in our Refund Policy will apply.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery, Cash on Delivery, convenience or other permitted charges, if applicable, will be disclosed before you confirm the order.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the amount received for the cancelled item will be returned in accordance with applicable law and the payment provider’s processing timelines.

Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected product. An order confirmation only confirms that we received your request; acceptance occurs when the product is dispatched. Product availability may change before dispatch.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including stock unavailability, an incorrect price, an incomplete address, failed payment authorisation, quantity limits, suspected resale, security concerns or suspected fraud. We will notify you using the contact details supplied with the order.

Payments

Available payment options are displayed at checkout and may include online payments and Cash on Delivery for serviceable locations. Online payments may be processed by the payment or checkout partner identified at the time of payment. Payment credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider; Kidley does not intentionally store your complete card details, UPI PIN or banking credentials.

If your bank account is debited but the order is not confirmed, reversal time is controlled by your bank or payment provider. Please contact us with the transaction reference if the amount is not reversed within the provider’s usual processing period.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting Customer Care. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel it, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once packing or dispatch processing has begun.

After dispatch, the order cannot ordinarily be cancelled. If the parcel is delivered, any request will be handled under the Refund Policy. Repeated refusal of confirmed Cash on Delivery orders may result in restriction of Cash on Delivery for future orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, local restrictions, address errors or events outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and serviceable delivery address and an active phone number. Please inspect the outer packaging at delivery and promptly report a visibly tampered or damaged parcel.

Returns, Exchanges and Kidley Account Credit

Size exchanges and eligible returns are governed by our Refund Policy. For a customer-requested size exchange, reverse-logistics and re-dispatch charges may apply depending on the pickup and delivery area. The amount will be communicated before the exchange is processed.

For an eligible customer-requested return that is not caused by a defective, damaged or wrongly supplied item, the accepted product value will be issued as Kidley Account Credit after inspection. Statutory remedies for defective, damaged, deficient, spurious or wrongly supplied products are not restricted by this clause.

Kidley Account Credit

Kidley Account Credit is a non-cash balance issued to the customer account associated with the original order. It may be used only for eligible purchases on kidley.com, cannot be transferred to another person, and cannot ordinarily be redeemed for cash. Any specific validity or usage condition will be clearly communicated when the credit is issued.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, coupons, account credits and special offers may have additional terms, including eligibility, validity, minimum purchase value, product exclusions and one-time use. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, transferred or converted into cash. If an order is returned, the benefit may be recalculated based on the items retained.

Customer Communications

We may send transactional communications by email, SMS or WhatsApp regarding account verification, order confirmation, payment, dispatch, delivery, exchange, return or customer support. Promotional communications will be sent where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law, and you may opt out using the method provided in the message or by contacting us.

Customer Care is available through email and WhatsApp chat only. Phone-call support is currently unavailable because we operate with a limited customer-care team.

Reviews, Feedback and User Content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, non-infringing and does not contain confidential information or personal data of another person without permission. You grant Kidley a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use that content in connection with our Website, products and marketing, subject to applicable law.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant, infringing or inconsistent with these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Kidley name, logos, product presentation, photographs, graphics, text, design, software and other Website content are owned by or licensed to Kidley and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Website for personal shopping only. No content may be copied, modified, republished, distributed, sold or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may connect to payment providers, courier tracking pages, social networks or other third-party services. Their services and privacy practices are governed by their own terms. A link does not mean that Kidley controls or endorses every statement or service on the linked website.

Availability and Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep the Website secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kidley will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from Website interruption, third-party system failure or events outside our reasonable control.

Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, epidemic, government restriction, transport disruption, courier network failure, strike, civil disturbance, internet or power failure. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and resume performance when practicable.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, business practices or applicable law. The latest version will be displayed on this page. Changes will apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and the jurisdiction of the competent consumer commission, courts at Ludhiana, Punjab will have jurisdiction over disputes connected with the Website or these Terms.
